Cheese Factory Replica - Future Concept
Educational Micro-Creamery
The concept envisions a small operational replica of Toledo’s historic cheese factory as a working educational exhibit. The proposed micro-creamery would demonstrate traditional cheese-making techniques once common in southwest Washington and could provide hands-on learning opportunities for students through partnerships with FFA, 4-H, and local agricultural programs.
Under the concept, proceeds from educational product sales and community events could help support cheese heritage celebrations and future GTHH educational initiatives and operations.
