Cheese Factory Replica – Educational Micro-Creamery
A small operational replica of Toledo’s historic cheese factory will be built as a working educational exhibit. The micro-dairy will demonstrate traditional cheese-making techniques once common in southwest Washington and provide hands-on learning for students through partnerships with FFA, 4-H, and local agricultural programs. Proceeds from educational product sales and community events will support cheese heritage celebrations and future GTHH educational initiatives and operations.
